I really enjoyed the place, it was fairly clean & the staff were lovely and great. I had fab food for breakfast with many options. The location of the hotel was comfortable and marvellous - just a pleasant stroll away from Czestochowa Town Hall;))

my queen room was fantastic and very well kept. central heating, an electronic key card, and coffee and tea making equipment were great. good location, walk from a railway station, i really enjoyed this place.

we booked a double room and enjoyed it. walk-in showers in the private bathroom was a plus. the hotel was in a comfortable and great location adjacent to train stations and an aquarium with a nemos girlfriend fish also known as blue tang fish or dory.

Favourable location to a railroad station walk from the hotel. Great bed, clean bathroom and central heating, an LCD TV and tea/coffee making equipment in the room.

The hotel's location is fantastic, being within walking distance of the main train station and the city center. This makes it very convenient for exploring the area and visiting attractions like the black Madonna church. Additionally, the staff at the hotel are friendly and provide excellent service. The rooms are comfortable and come with basic amenities, including the option to make tea or coffee and some even have balconies. The breakfast provided is also top-notch, with a good variety of options to choose from.

All in all, everything was absolutely fine during my stay.

This hotel is in a great location, just a short walk from the train station and even closer to the black Madonna church. Our stay at Zlote Arkady was a pleasant one. The hotel had an old school charm, with a combination of a bowling pub and a hotel. Despite the pub being there, we were able to enjoy a quiet night's sleep without any disturbances. The entry hall even had an aquarium with a beautiful Blue Tang Fish. We also appreciated the comfortable sofas in the corridor.

Can't fault the property.

The location is great and there is a supermarket nearby. We also appreciated having a safe parking place right in front of the hotel, which was a big plus during Easter. The bathroom was well-equipped and very clean. We enjoyed the fact that we had a bathtub in our room, which made for a relaxing evening after a long day of exploring.

The options were very limited and not of great quality. the room was not as comfortable as we had hoped, with a too firm mattress and a broken showerhead.

The hotel had a unique atmosphere with solid wooden furniture and a cozy dim light. The decorations had motifs connected with scotch whiskey, which added to the charm. The general areas were comfortable and there was a lovely garden surrounding the complex. As a senior woman, I appreciated the 24-hour front desk service, as it gave me peace of mind knowing that assistance was available at any time. The hotel also had free Wi-Fi, which made it easy for me to stay connected with my loved ones while I was away.

The only thing I would ask for a better vacation for senior people is for the staff to be more attentive. Sometimes it felt like the children working there were too busy with other tasks and didn't give enough attention to the needs of the guests, especially older ones like myself.

This hotel is a great value for money. The prices are reasonable and they offer a lot for the price you pay. The attention to detail is noticeable, from the clean rooms to the basic amenities provided. The staff is also very friendly and attentive, making you feel welcome during your stay. Additionally, the location is convenient, with a bus stop nearby and the train station within walking distance.

The only aspect that could be improved is the WiFi connection.
